20,000 Industry Decision-Makers Expected
Visit Anaheim, the official destination marketing organization for Anaheim and Garden Grove, has announced a five-year lineup of major meetings and events that will bring more than 20,000 meeting planners and industry leaders to the destination through 2030.
The confirmed events include ConferenceDirect, Connect Marketplace, MPI's World Education Congress, and IPW, positioning Anaheim as a premier destination for conventions and large-scale industry gatherings.
Strategic Economic Impact
"These events represent far more than attendance numbers; they are a vote of confidence in Anaheim's long-term vision, infrastructure, and ability to deliver at scale," said Ronnie Collins, Chief Sales Officer at Visit Anaheim. "Welcoming this caliber of industry events positions Anaheim at the center of the meetings industry conversation for years to come."
The organization emphasizes that hosting meeting planners creates a multiplier effect, as these decision-makers influence future conventions, corporate meetings, and incentive programs. The events are expected to generate significant hotel demand and citywide economic activity.
Infrastructure and Development
Anaheim's selection reflects continued investment in infrastructure and walkable connectivity. The destination offers more than 200 hotels, alongside the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort.
