AI-Powered Tools Transform Event Housing Workflow
onPeak, a provider of event accommodation solutions, has launched its AI Smart Suite, a collection of artificial intelligence tools integrated into the company's Compass platform. The suite addresses hotel shopping, operations streamlining, and customer support automation across the event housing lifecycle.

Natural Language Hotel Search Capabilities
The AI Smart Search feature allows event attendees to search for hotels using conversational queries such as "Hotels under $200 with free breakfast near the convention center." The system processes natural language prompts and delivers results based on price, distance, amenities, sustainability features, and promotions.
The platform includes voice-enabled search functionality, enabling users to speak their criteria directly for hands-free hotel selection.
Contract Processing Automation
The AI Smart Contract Reader addresses hotel setup processes for event organizers and housing managers. The tool analyzes uploaded hotel contracts and automatically extracts information including cut-off dates, concessions, and commissions. Contracts for multiple hotels or event years require single uploads, reducing manual data entry requirements.
Support Operations Enhancement
AI Smart Categories handles email categorization for onPeak's Reservation Services team. The system automatically sorts incoming support emails to improve routing speed and reduce manual processing requirements, targeting faster response times for clients and attendees.
Future Development Plans
onPeak's roadmap includes Smart Predictions for forecasting room nights, revenue, and performance trends using historical data. Smart RFP Drafts will generate responses for sales inquiries, while Smart Event QA will automate quality assurance processes in Account Services. Smart Magnet aims to enhance the embedded MagnetT experience with improved visuals and functionality.
