Multi-Year Schedule Unveiled for Industry's Premier Event
The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) has announced the dates and locations for its flagship Expo! Expo! IAEE's Annual Meeting & Exhibition through 2028, providing the B2B exhibition industry with advance planning visibility for its most significant annual gathering.
The announcement covers four consecutive years: Houston, Texas (8-10 December 2025), Milwaukee, Wisconsin (16-18 November 2026), New Orleans, Louisiana (6-8 December 2027), and Las Vegas, Nevada (4-6 December 2028).
Milestone Celebrations Mark Industry Heritage
Two significant anniversaries will coincide with upcoming Expo! Expo! events. The 2025 Houston gathering will commemorate the 50th anniversary of IAEE's Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) Learning Program, with special recognition planned during the General Session and 2025 CEM Presentation.
The 2028 Las Vegas event holds particular significance as it coincides with IAEE's centennial celebration. The organization, originally established in 1928 as the National Association of Exposition Managers, will mark 100 years of leadership in the international exhibition industry.

Expo! Expo! serves as the largest gathering of exhibition and event organizers worldwide, bringing together industry leaders, solutions providers, and strategic resources. The event combines educational programming, networking opportunities, and access to emerging technologies shaping the industry's future.
IAEE represents organizers of more than 20,000 exhibitions and buyer-seller events globally, advocating for face-to-face exhibitions and events as primary business development platforms. The association maintains strategic partnerships with multiple industry organizations including Freeman, GES | onPeak, IMEX, and Swapcard.
