Strategic Irish Expansion

CES Power has completed the acquisition of three Ireland-based temporary power solution companies – GH Energy Rental Ltd, Event Power and Purecore – as part of its global growth strategy targeting sustained year-on-year revenue growth. The acquisitions position CES Power as the largest power fleet operator in the UK and Ireland.

The three businesses bring decades of expertise in temporary power generation and distribution for live events, broadcast and industrial projects. Together, they will significantly enhance CES Power's existing fleet of generators, lighting towers, transformers, distribution boards, cabling infrastructure and specialist power management systems.

Enhanced Operational Capacity

All colleagues from the three acquired businesses will join CES Power, increasing headcount in the UK and Europe while strengthening in-market expertise and operational delivery capability. The expanded fleet capacity will enable CES Power to deliver complex, multi-site projects across both events and industrial sectors.

"We have ambitious plans to continue growing our presence across the UK and Europe, and these acquisitions are an important step in scaling our capability in Ireland," said Ailsa Webb, division president UK/Europe of CES Power. "GH Energy Rental Ltd, Event Power and Purecore have built strong reputations and long-standing customer relationships. Their technical expertise, high-quality equipment and experienced teams align closely with our strategy to deliver reliable, engineering-led temporary power solutions at scale."

Geographic Network Expansion

The acquisitions add two Dublin-based operations and one in Portlaoise to CES Power's growing European network, extending geographic coverage and on-the-ground support across Ireland. This expanded presence will enhance the company's ability to deliver consistent, scalable solutions for international clients operating across multiple territories.

The founders of the acquired companies will remain in leadership roles to ensure continuity for customers while enabling efficient integration of operations and capacity expansion.

Part of Broader European Growth

The Irish acquisitions build on CES Power's previous acquisition of four European-based businesses – Euro Touring Power, Fourth Generation, ABird and Apex Power Solutions – further cementing its growth across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Europe.

"These acquisitions strengthen our presence in Ireland, enhance our ability to support customers working across borders and reinforce our position as a leading global temporary power partner," said Jordan Reber, CEO of CES Power. "The expertise these teams bring to our business will further support Ailsa and her team in meeting the growing demand and opportunity across Ireland."
